Q. Do I need a referral to receive services at your clinic?

A. Although we receive many referrals from physicians, teachers, orthodontists and other professionals, a referral is not necessary.

Q. With whom will I work?

A. Services are by Serene Malhara- Shah, a certified and licensed clinical supervisor with a MASLP …..

Q. What does it cost?

A. Clinical services are billed on a fee for services basis. However, since this is a training facility, the fees for evaluation and therapy are significantly lower than the fees currently being charged by the private sector. This reflects our attempt to minimize client expense and is similar to fees charged by other University training programs. We will be happy to bill an insurance company with client approval. We will make every attempt to accommodate those with special financial needs. However, the client is ultimately responsible for payment of any services not covered by a third party agency.

Q. Where can I find you?

A. Address.
